Tl;dr he first heard about BTS when he was 14 in school, but wouldn’t say he was a fan cos he wasn’t listening to that kind of music, but he could say he became a fan when he visited Korea last year and realised the impact of their music. He was wowed by the birthday posters he was seeing on the streets and at cafes (he can’t remember whose birthday – but given that he was there in early Oct, could hv been Jimin’s!)
