Do you think there’s more songs with choreo and they just didn’t do it because of the rain?

I see that some people do not love that most of the songs were from Arirang. First, that is the name of the concert, and the group is proud of their new work. But I counted. We got 9 songs that are not from Arirang. They have a huge body of work and this is not a legacy act. These are artists who are still creating, still iterating. I felt it was a great balance.
People the reason why it felt short to yall because they didn’t divide it in 4 section they usually do. They have less VCR and ments too. They didn’t even truly introduced themselves individually. Instead they performed song BACKTOBACKTOBACKTOBACK. You see even during the encore they usually do 2-3 songs, but they did more this time.
They performed 23 songs, just like they usually do. It’s just the sectioning is different. The last ment isn’t that long because they probably trying to finish it early since the rain is getting heavier during the encore.
Yall are just not used to the new format.

Well, the only complain I have is the amount of red in the beginning especially knowing they are wearing all back fits. It’s really not good register in the camera, too dark. I understand the camera work cause they probably have limited visibility since it’s raining so hard. But we’ll see, it’ll probably be better next time
How was the Weverse Livestream?
Planning on getting either single view or multi-view for the Japan stops and hoping any of the technical glitches (if any) and weather improves…
LOVED IT, my babies literally ate that stage up, like who can do this kind of performance despite the rain, it’s was **pouring**. 23 ot7 songs and they were running, walked that huge stage, BTS the artist you are. Hope you are resting well and keep yourself warm.
My only and only complaint is that smoke and the red light, it felt like my eyes were burning couldn’t see them properly 😭.

On the train back from the venue completely soaked. Glad I got to attend the waterpark as Namjoon called it 😅
So happy I got to finally hear Mic Drop, the song that sent me down the Bangtan rabbit hole, live!! I was hoping for more choreography but obviously it was raining so I’m also glad they didn’t.
I need to experience it again but without all the water and the stress of getting into the venue.

My utmost respect to BTS, the dancers, and the team. I thought the show was absolutely amazing in every way. “Into the Sun” live was, as expected, even better than the album version. I love both versions!
I think the guys were pretty overwhelmed and, as difficult as it was for them, had to hold back a bit in the rain. Luckily, that didn’t always work.
Starting Saturday, they’ll be suspended a meter above the stage. The initial tension is gone, and the weather is improving.
ARMYs, let’s multiply the number.

YES THE WINDBREAKERS ARE COMING OOMGGGGG. I wish they could also have different varieties of it like an insulated version that’s padded inside, maybe a raincoat version that is longer, idk… But I’m happy they will go on sale.
They only had two breaks? First one and then before the encore?
I wish we could have seen more of their 360° choreography. Darn cameras

I don’t mind that there are no solo or subunit stages, but as someone who attended HOTS, I’m a little sad that I’ll probably never get to see KIG live. 🥲
Anyone who was there can you tell us if the members faced one side of the stadium more and which side if you looked at the map? Or did they rotate on the stage, ie did a 180 or 360 at times? TBH I really want to know how they faced for they don’t know about us and 2.0…sorry maybe this was asked but do I really have time to scroll 3k plus comments…

I really believe this is as much choreo as we can expect on the tour tbh. Keep in mind this was opening night in SEOUL, their home – where they knew expectations were high and all eyes would be on them. Seventeen and Taylor Swift performed full choreo in pouring rain and even if Namjoon isn’t fully healed – the others know how to perform the choreo from the Netflix special which they didn’t do. I don’t think the rain alone can be a justification if Seventeen danced 100% in similar conditions recently.
I guess I’ll just put this here, personally I’m kind of shocked at the fixation on choreo from a fandom that has always been extremely (justifiably) loud about their vocals, lyrics and rapping. It makes me wonder if that was all just a show? Like some comments are almost making it sound like they just want to watch dancers and don’t care about the songs at all.
Anyway for me personally, I follow them for their music and the choreo is very much secondary. Namjoon already got injured before the tour even started and they’re going to be going for 80+ stops for a full year. I want to see them together on stage and hear them perform! I also think people should wait and see whether there are any changes but either way, I think they put on a hell of a show either way. Like look at Jin and how amazing his tour was with barely any choreo at all. When you have amazing performers when their sort of chemistry, choreo is barely necessary. just my personal opinion.

I think at a certain point they might have to go the TWICE method where they have so many hit songs people want to hear that they’ll do a medley, like 30 seconds each song.
You could have a day 2 concert with completely new 25 songs that weren’t even performed on day 1, catalogue is just too good to skip.

Amazing! I’m so impressed at the professionalism of the members who kept it extremely positive during very challenging conditions. Their very obvious happiness to be back on the stage together and with ARMY made me so happy, as well. The staging is so, so good and inventive. The setlist – incredible. The energy of the members – how do they do it? I don’t know what some people are going on about choreo. I saw lots of choreo and dancing from BTS 2.0 (on a slippery stage.) The show is everything I expected from them and so much more. Sixteen days until I see them in Tampa!!
