EDIT: In love love looooooveee with the sound and Taehyung’s chill low register. This is so so perfect for him; something about the song just makes me really happy with how it’s so *Taehyung*. I’m so excited to listen to the rest of Layo(v)er, because the Blue & Gray sound is really what hit for me with Tae and I hope he does something along those lines.
Honestly, I would’ve taken literally anything from him – full jazz album, a hoe anthem, literal children’s nursery rhymes – as long as it came from the heart. And Layo(v)er as a whole feels like a lovely care package from a friend. Idk, I’m just really pumped about the sound and Tae just out here, in a cave, dripped in gold and crooning beautifully.
I’m still down about Yoongi’s enlistment, but Tae’s doing a real good job of making me forget about that. I can’t wait to hear the rest ahhhh
