Genuine Question, is it possible that BTS would release a Army Bomb V5 before the World Tour this year? I’m kind of worried because Im planning to buy the SE anytime soon because I had my V3 for 6 years now 🥹

Hmm I personally think that it’s pretty likely we will get one for the 2026 world tour. However I think most recent lightsticks will work as they have at the past concert, so Army who didn’t get to use their Map of the Soul version at a concert will finally get the opportunity to do so.
Could just be my own wishful thinking as I’m a lightstick goblin.
The SE is so bright! I really enjoy my V3 with the BTS logo and little beads inside.
I don’t have one yet and I’m debating on buying one in the next year or till they go on tour.
I hope not. I can see the difference in the first few versions, but differences in recent iterations will be minuscule.
So much of kpop is built of needless consumerism and milking cash out of fans… I can’t wait until they also do surge pricing on their tour… so just imagine how much it’s going to cost to be “concert ready” with merch too.
I can’t speak for other groups bc I don’t pay as much attention to their merch, but 90% the shit Hybe sell is ridiculous and overpriced. If even Jin says fuck this…

There isn’t gonna be a world tour this year. It’s super unrealistic that they will have time to do a world tour until 2026 at least.
