Google Search now classifies BTS as a ‘Hip Hop Group’ through aggregated data (previously classified as a Boy Group)

As someone who does this for a living, Google pulls this kind of label from its Knowledge Graph, which aggregates data from, structured databases (music industry sources like labels, publishers), trusted third-party sites (Wikipedia, Wikidata, major media) and Google’s own entity classification systems.

Definitely better than “boy group”. I always have hated them being called a boy band.
