FYI: If anyone in the US is planning to go see this at a Cinemark theater, I was just able to buy my ticket in the app. It is not listed in the movies section anywhere that I could see, but if you type "Jin" in the search box, it comes up for 8/9. So far it looks like the theaters in my area are doing two shows: one which will truly be live, and a second one later in the day.
