A tear almost came to my eye… This day felt so far away I wasn’t sure it would ever come. I was so worried in the beginning, but here we finally are.
I am so happy and relieved that Jin is no longer carrying the weight of enlistment around. I hope he made some positive memories in his service, was able to enjoy small moments of happiness, and I hope he found new friendships. And I really hope he knows how proud we are of him 💜
I had a whole list of things I planned to do in these long months and I accomplished maybe one of them but in Jin’s own famous words “I think resting should be entirely selfish….I believe that uselessness is useful!” So I won’t be too hard on myself 😆

WE MADE IT Y’ALL. I know Jin enlisted for 18 months, but with the will they-won’t they convo & hiatus, we’ve made it longer than 18 months for sure. Just one more year until they’re all back together 🥲
Yay! Seokjin is coming home KST timezone tomorrow! I’m so happy for him! I hope he will be able to relax and wind down after his discharge tomorrow. 😄
