Today’s my birthday and I said to my husband that I want BTS stuff for my birthday so…. I found a K-Pop store near us and I’m going and gunna buy my first BTS cd…. I am freaking out because I don’t know what to get. I want to get solo albums, too. I am a Baby Army and I feel like I don’t even know where to start with what to buy lol I want to buy Jimin’s FACE but then I also really want Agust D/Suga’s D-Day….then there is RM’s Indigo on VINYL I saw they have there. 😆😂 h a l p

Is it me or does this song sound super similar in the chorus to ddaeng?
So I was in Target today and [heard this song playing](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDfnNlav0fo) in the store. I kept listening thinking, I know this from somewhere and then I realized the chorus sounds really similar to ddaeng to me. I came home to listen to them side by side and the song’s chorus is super similar to ddaeng.
is it just me?

I moved to a new city semi-recently and don’t have any friends yet. It’s okay because I’m in a growing period of my life, I have to shed the old and work hard and I’m not in the nicest of places between.
But watching BTS content I’ve never seen is just making my days so much happier as well as watching lives. It’s weird because it’s not something I think is my real life or anything yet it’s just so comforting?
Watching them laugh and having something familiar is so nice. I’m also a huge Swiftie so I just alternate. I’m just in a fangirl phase.
I will say I do have a hallway of Taylor stuff and a small area of Jungkook stuff and I wonder if in my 30s if this means I am officially alone forever 🤣 ah well
I just finished watching F4 Thailand. I have now watched all versions of boys over flowers. 🤣

I am so amused by the stuff Jungkook likes on tiktok. He’s so funny and I love that he’s commenting on stuff too. It’s all very cute. I selfishly wish Hobi had a public tiktok as well just because I bet he’d be great at it.
I have 2 weeks until I start my new job and I’m spending them at my parents place babysitting their cats while they’re away on holiday. It’s so healing to just spend time with 4 cats, no responsabilities, nobody to bother me! I finally have time to catch up on BTS content and to read all the books that have been gathering dust on my bedside table for the past three months.

I ordered my friend a copy of JITB on my target account because I get free shipping (I had already placed an order for my own) and now hers is arriving this weekend and mine, which was ordered weeks before hers, is not arriving until late next week! TARGET YOU WILL FEEL MY WRATH.

I was watching the permission to dance MV for the first time (which I also love) and after it recommended the BTS Tiny Desk (Home) Concert and this was my introduction to Save Me.

The K-band LUCY released their new mini album Fever today and it’s so good!! I’ve been a fan of them for a while and they always deliver. I think I remember someone describing their music as therapy for burnt out millennials and it’s pretty accurate. It’s full of (every) emotion and nostalgia, but ultimately makes me feel very uplifted and hopeful. I think if you like anime, you’ll definitely get the OP/ED vibes for a lot of their songs too.
Don’t go to TikTok often and just noticed that now there’s a bunch of Jung Kook’s music with his profile … I’m guessing that comes with being verified. 🤷🏻♀️

I really want to start a giant cross stitch project related to BTS. But I’ve had a hard time finding a pattern I truly love.
So I’m thinking about biting the bullet and just make my own pattern. I’ll just ask permission to one of the many artists that make incredible BTS-fanart and I’ll try to create a decent pattern. Hopefully I’ll have the pattern done before they comeback 😅

I went to two korean marts yesterday, and finally found perilla oil with decent price! yay! And I also found ojingeo jeotgal, which I have been looking for ever since I watched ITS and saw Jin eating it and praising it to be oh so yum. And yes I like it! But it’s so so so salty tho, I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like that? Should I wash it a little before I eat it? Does anyone know?
And also, they were playing BTS songs at the two places. 😀 One of them even had a wall featuring OT7 lol.
Will JK ever do a collab song with IU? Maybe not since he seems to hv his sights on global superstardom while IU is more focused on the home market (and she’s immensely popular there!) I wish they would someday cos I think they’ll sound so good together….JK’s so good at pop ballads… I think the S.Korea charts will combust.
Well the Jhope JITB HE Thank You letter is really something else. Honestly, if you still have questions about the first JITB release it’s a must read.
I do hate he felt the need to explain and apologize for not having a physical album, and actually worried about that decision building resentment. I’ve noticed that the members tend to really feel bad about their staff getting heat for decisions they personally had a heavy hand in making.
It reminds me of when Suga said more jokingly (paraphrasing from memory) – don’t say Hybe didn’t spend money on this. Get out.

My order of Jack in the Box: Hope Edition from Weverse Global is going to ship soon, and I noticed that it is being shipped/delivered by DHL again! Both Face and D-Day were shipped by a Korean company, and delivered by USPS and took SO LONG to arrive. I also saw quite a few people whose orders shipped this way arrived damaged. I have never had an issue with DHL, and my packages always arrive quicker, so I really hope that they have permanently changed back!

If your Target online/app is telling you they don’t have any stock of Jack in the Box, if it’s not too much of a hassle, try checking the store anyway. Mine said it wasn’t available, but there was still a copy left on the shelves when I went just now.
