230706 BTS have taken their third win for “Take Two” on this week’s M COUNTDOWN

Can someone explain M Countdown? Does it happen every few weeks and idols groups actually attend? I love that BTS is winning consecutively but isn’t it awkward for idols to attend if they don’t win? What happens when the winner isn’t present?

Sorry for my ignorance, I’m just genuinely curious.

I see all these comments about how this is a win *without attending, without flashy promos, without dance challenges* etc. and yes, no doubt that is a commendable achievement for BTS.

But all that comes to my mind is how this an even more commendable feat for ARMY.

Even after knowing that BTS will **not** be attending these shows or perform this song live anytime in the near future (or maybe even acknowledge these wins publicly) – like without any sort of, for lack of a better word, reward at all – the fandom dedicatedly put it in so much effort just because they wanted BTS to win this and know that they’re loved just as much as they were before. THAT is commendable.
