Being invited to throw the ceremonial first pitch for the Dodgers is a pretty big deal, massive stadium, tons of fans, media coverage, and it’s a nod of respect/recognition. It’s a fun but high-profile honor. Very happy that Tae gets to do this.
Omg my parents are actually going to be at that game! They got the tickets a few weeks ago and the only thing at the time I was jelly about was them seeing Shohei Ohtani. Now I have to be jelly that they get to see Tae too?! 😭
Ooooh this is so unexpected and fun! It’s like they’re honorary LA citizens for a short while.
I’ve only been to a couple of baseball games in my life, but I know teams really think about who they want to invite for traditions like these.

My fave baseball team x my fave group… love this so much! Perhaps the other members will be there to support Taehyung just like they were for JK’s first pitch in Japan.
I also hope they’re able to watch an LAFC game while they’re in town, esp since Tae is friendly with Sonny.
